3/5/2007 - Firefighters work to put out a fire that damaged a skid loader parked in a garage Sunday night in Reedsville. Reedsville Fire Chief Dan Aumiller said the loader was ‘fully engulfed’ when he arrived at the residence at 7182 state Route 655, Reedsville. ‘When we showed up, the owner (Gene Glick) and son were hitting it (loader) with a fire extinguisher,’ Aumiller said, ‘That kept it under control.’ Aumiller said it took about five minutes to get the fire under control and there were no unusual difficulties or injuries. Aumiller said the cause of the fire was an accident.
